What Makes Us Different

We care about people. It is important for us to see those who trust us and to help them through rough periods in life as people and not just clients.

Community

Making a Difference

At The Washington Firm, we believe that lawyers can and should have a positive impact on the communities where they work. Our lawyers truly believe in service to the community.  In addition to representing those injured by the negligence of others, our lawyers have been and continue to be active in a variety of community service projects including sponsorship of dozens school programs. (Sponsorships are determined each year based upon information submitted by teachers and counselors.)

Immediately following the devastating tornados in Moore, our attorneys made immediate cash contributions to the American Red Cross and donated dozens of boxes of items to families in need.

In recognition of Black History Month and in an effort to inspire children and youth to accomplish their goals, The Washington Firm sponsors a Black History Month Essay Competition each February. In conjunction with local churches, the Washington Firm awards prizes such as laptop computers, iPads, and gift cards to participants at various churches.

Our lawyers actively participate in Kappa League Mentoring, Junior League of Fort Worth and other local and national community and faith based programs. Our lawyers have been called upon to be guest speakers at number of local elementary, Junior High and High Schools. Our lawyers have also served as guest lecturers at number of colleges and universities, as well as the Upward Bound College Preparatory Program.
